Job Title: Billing and Inventory Management Specialist

Location: In Care Clothing Pvt. Ltd. Plot no R, 974, Rabale MIDC Rd, near Hi-Purity Chemicals or Display House, T.T.C. Industrial Area, MIDC Industrial Area, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400701

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process purchase invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Ensure pricing and quantities are correct before payment approval.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, item movements, and warehouse inventory.
• Use Excel Pivot Tables and other tools to generate reports on stock usage, reorder levels, and fast/slow-moving items.

Required Skills:

Key Excel Skills:

• Data Entry and Validation – Maintaining clean and accurate inventory records.
• Pivot Tables – Creating pivot tables to:
• Summarize stock levels by category, location, or supplier
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP – For cross-referencing item codes, descriptions, or prices.
• Conditional Formatting – Highlight low stock or expired items.
• Data Filtering and Sorting – For fast analysis of large inventory datasets.
• Basic Formulas – SUM, COUNTIF, IF statements to analyze stock trends or shortages.
• Charts and Dashboards – Visualizing stock trends, turnover rates, and top-moving items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
