Bilingual IVI Technical Project Manager

As a dedicated on-site representative for infotainment systems within an automotive environment, your key duties would include: - Troubleshooting technical problems and maintaining test systems - Coordinating between development teams and customers - Ensuring product release alignment - Managing technical documentation - Supporting project management activities to meet customer expectations You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and assistance to internal teams and customers, supporting project management activities, and ensuring project milestones are met by coordinating with various teams. Additionally, you will operate as a resident representative, maintaining a dedicated presence at the customer's or partner's site for smooth operations and immediate support. Language Skills: - English: Business Level - Japanese: JLPT N3 and above Work Experience should include: - Overseeing the architecture, software, and hardware of vehicle infotainment systems - Identifying and resolving complex technical problems and escalating them as needed - Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their queries and concerns - Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders - Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions - Preparing reports on project status, technical issues, and customer feedback for management Experience in Vehicle Interface and knowledge of Infotainment systems, managing large offshore teams from Japan in the area of Automotive Infotainment, project management in the Infotainment domain with OEM or Tier 1, and handling the entire project lifecycle from proposal to project closure for at least one IVI production program are desired qualifications. Additionally, people management skills and cross-cultural sensitivity are essential for this role.,
