As an Online Bidder, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for Kondal Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bid on projects on Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, etc and secure contracts that align with our services. You will work closely with our technical team to understand project requirements and craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to win the proposal in online bidding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Business development and account management expertise.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder on Upwork, Guru, and Fiverr.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Sales target achievement and performance analysis.
• Ability to write persuasive and customised proposals.
• Good client relationship building and maintenance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in business development and lead generation is a plus.
