Job Description

The Bid Executive will manage the preparation and submission of bids and proposals for IT infrastructure projects. This role requires collaboration with technical, sales, and finance teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end bid process for IT infrastructure projects.
Analyze RFPs and tender documents to extract requirements and compliance needs.
Work closely with solution architects, engineers, sales, and finance to gather inputs.
Develop and format bid documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
Manage bid schedules to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain a repository of standard bid templates, technical documents, and client-specific materials.
Support post-submission activities including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations.
Track bid outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement in the bidding process.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration concepts.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids concurrently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office, bid management systems, and collaboration tools.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
