Job Description

Bid Preparation Coordination
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of tender documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate input from multiple disciplines, including architecture, masterplanning, and interior design teams
  • Maintain and update project databases, case study libraries, and staff CVs
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
Document Management Quality Assurance
  • Format and proofread bid documents to ensure professional presentation standards
  • Manage version control and document distribution processes
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate representation of project information
Administrative Support
  • Track bid opportunities and maintain submission calendars
  • Liaise with external consultants and subconsultants as required
  • Support post-submission activities, including interview preparations and feedback analysis

Essential Requirements

  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
