Job Description

At Axi, data drives decisions. We re hiring a BI Specialist to design and maintain data infrastructure, analyze metrics, and enable smart business choices across marketing, product, and finance.

What You ll Do

Design data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and JavaScript.
Execute daily BI operations: data ingestion, validation, and reporting.
Analyze conversion funnels and marketing attribution; identify root causes of performance drops.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement improvements.
Ensure data quality and reliability across all reporting platforms.
Maintain project flow using tools like Excel and Jira.

Proficient in
SQL

Excel
.
Experience with
Pandas/NumPy
; familiarity with funnel analysis and marketing attribution.
Excellent
analytical thinking
, structured reasoning, and problem-solving mindset.
Proactive self-starter with strong
attention to detail

Highly

Degree in
Science or Mathematics

Fluent in English, with clear communication skills.
