BI Automation Specialist

As a BI Specialist at Axi, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining data infrastructure, analyzing metrics, and enabling smart business decisions across marketing, product, and finance. Your focus will be on utilizing SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and JavaScript to create data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring data quality and reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics and troubleshoot anomalies. - Design data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and JavaScript. - Execute daily BI operations including data ingestion, validation, and reporting. - Analyze conversion funnels, marketing attribution, and identify root causes of performance drops. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement improvements. - Ensure data quality and reliability across all reporting platforms. - Maintain project flow using tools like Excel and Jira. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and Excel. - Experience with Pandas/NumPy; familiarity with funnel analysis and marketing attribution. - Excellent analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and problem-solving mindset. - Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail. - Highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines. - Degree in Science or Mathematics with strong academic performance required. - Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
