Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a BFSI Trainer located in Chennai. The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for banking, financial services, and insurance professionals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom training sessions, creating training materials, assessing the progress of trainees, and providing feedback. The role also involves staying updated with current industry trends and incorporating them into training modules.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI sector, including banking, financial services, and insurance industry
• Training and development skills, such as creating training materials and conducting training sessions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training
• Prior experience in a training role is a plus
