Responsibilities –

1. Develop and execute account strategy aligned with BFSI vertical goals and growth agenda.
2. Build strong relationships with CXO and senior leaders across BFSI clients to drive wallet share.
3. Lead revenue growth through farming, hunting new opportunities, and positioning differentiated value propositions.
4. Oversee client delivery, resolve escalations, ensure satisfaction, and drive delivery-led growth.
5. Partner with solution teams, alliances, and ecosystem partners to co-create and introduce innovative offerings in digital, cloud, and new-age technologies.

Requirements –

1. Female candidates only

2. 15+ years of experience in

   BFSI solution selling

   in India.
3. Strong exposure to

   GCC and captive clients

   in the BFSI domain.
4. Proven track record of managing large accounts, revenue growth, and CXO-level engagement.

   digital transformation, technology consulting, and delivery management

   .
