Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and USC).
• Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
• Regularly update and maintain database of consultants and job submissions.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with vendors and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients during the hiring process until successful onboarding.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure quick turnaround on requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with consultants on bench and provide them with regular updates on marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in

  Bench Sales Recruitment (US IT Staffing)

  .
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing process and immigration terms (OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC, USC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong vendor/client relationships.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and other networking platforms for consultant marketing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

• Night Shift (aligned with US timings).
• Monday to Friday (5 days work from office).
