🔎 We’re Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) 📍 Location : India (Mehsana,Gujarat/US Shift) 🌎 Supporting US Staffing Operations 💼 Company : US NEXT TECH Key Responsibilities : Market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants to vendors and clients Submit qualified candidates to open positions via job portals and vendor networks Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners and tier-1 vendors Coordinate interviews and follow up on submissions Maintain candidate records and daily activity reports in our ATS/CRM ✅ What We’re Looking For : Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Excellent spoken and written English communication Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) Basic understanding of IT technologies and US work visas (a plus, not mandatory) Highly motivated, target-driven, and a fast learner Why Join US Next Tech?
