About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in the USA Automotive and IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, building relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful placements. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, along with the flexibility to work across different shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench candidates (Automotive Engineers, IT consultants, Developers, QA, Embedded Engineers, etc.) with direct clients and implementation partners in the U.S.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and staffing partners.
Track and maintain a pipeline of candidates and job requirements using internal databases and market portals.
Negotiate contracts, pay rates, and terms with vendors/clients to ensure win-win situations.
Prepare and update candidate profiles, resumes, and submission details.
Work on multiple time zones (EST, CST, PST) as per client and business needs.
Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth on-boarding.
Stay updated with U.S. market trends in Automotive engineering and IT staffing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HR, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting, preferably in U.S. Automotive and IT staffing.
Proven experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and U.S. Citizen candidates.
Familiarity with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other U.S. job boards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work onsite with flexible shifts to meet U.S. client requirements.
