Bench Sales Recruiter

You are an experienced Bench Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry. PTG is seeking a professional like you to become a valuable part of our expanding team. If you possess strong connections with key vendors such as TEKsystems, Apex, Insight Global, KForce, and others, and have a successful track record of placing OPT candidates, we are interested in your profile! Your primary responsibilities will include marketing our bench candidates (OPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to prime vendors and direct clients. You will be expected to establish and nurture relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Your role will also involve negotiating rates and finalizing contracts for bench candidates, as well as monitoring candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placements. Collaboration with recruiters and consultants will be essential to ensure seamless onboarding processes. To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in Bench Sales for US IT Staffing. A robust database of prime vendors and implementation partners is crucial, along with a proven track record of placing OPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates. Strong communication and negotiation skills are prerequisites, as well as the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
