be criticalonboardingthe Location: Hyderabad Madhapur Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Experience: 3 to 7 Years Industry: US IT Staffing & Consulting Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are actively seeking motivated and ambitious Bench Sales Recruiters with 3 to 7 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketing IT consultants, handling end-to-end bench sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients. You will play a critical role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Proactively market consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients. Work on various job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc. Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize margins while ensuring consultant satisfaction. Submit consultants to job requirements and follow up for interview schedules. Maintain regular follow-ups with consultants and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Build and manage a strong database of consultants. Understand IT technologies (Bachelor'sJava, .NET, SAP, QA, Data Science, Data engineer, Devops, AI) and match consultant skillsets accordingly. Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and work with consultants through the onboarding process. Ensure timely communication with consultants, vendors, and internal team. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, and other sourcing portals. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple consultants simultaneously. Knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), Visa classifications, and immigration processes. Should be target-driven and performance-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Prior experience working in a fast-paced US IT staffing environment. Ability to work in night shifts and meet performance metrics.
