Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, L2, GC, and US Citizens) to client requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Work closely with consultants to identify suitable opportunities matching their skills and career goals.
Negotiate rates and finalize contracts between consultants, vendors, and clients.
Keep track of all submissions, interviews, and placements in the recruitment system.
Regularly update consultants about market trends, interview feedback, and job opportunities.
Maintain daily and weekly submission and placement reports.
Ensure quick turnaround and maintain high levels of closure efficiency
