We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing IT consultants (H1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. Key Responsibilities: Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens ) prefer vendors and direct clients. Well versed with marketing ideas and process for successful placements Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients. Expert in handling full-cycle bench sales process including sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and placement. Create and maintain a pipeline of potential job opportunities for consultants. Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with clients/vendors to ensure successful placements. Maintain and update database and trackers for consultant submissions and interview progress. Coordinate with the consultants throughout the hiring process and assist with onboarding. Keep consultants motivated and well-informed throughout the sales cycle. Requirements: 4-6 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales . Strong understanding of US recruitment & IT technologies . Excellent knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn . Ability to build strong vendor/client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in night shifts (US EST timings) . Must be willing to work onsite from our Noida office . Preferred Skills: Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients . Strong negotiation skills and an eye for closing deals quickly and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
