About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Lead with strong leadership skills, a passion for performance, and the drive to build and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, goal-oriented, and capable of establishing processes, mentoring recruiters, and contributing directly to sales and placement success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Bench Sales Team (25 members) focused on marketing and placing consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and Citizens) with prime vendors and direct clients.

Hire, train, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Set clear performance goals and establish efficient processes to improve productivity and accountability.

Drive daily/weekly sales huddles to track activity, progress, and performance metrics.

Actively market bench candidates and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and performance coaching to team members.

Develop marketing strategies to ensure consistent placements and faster turnaround times.

Collaborate with management to define KPIs, set monthly targets, and plan growth initiatives.

Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters, candidates, and clients to drive successful submissions and closures.

Maintain high standards of integrity, work ethic, and collaboration while fostering a culture of success and ownership.

Lead by example with strong individual contribution to the team's overall performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in Bench Sales/US Staffing, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Proven experience in hiring, managing, and scaling a team.

Strong understanding of the US IT consulting and staffing landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions.

Flexibility to manage a department independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
