Bench Sales Lead

As a Bench Consultant Marketing professional at Dminds, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to clients and vendors. - Create and execute marketing strategies to optimize placements. - Review and enhance resumes; coach consultants for interviews. - Maintain a pipeline of available consultants and manage submissions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients. This includes negotiating placement terms, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships, and following up on submissions, interviews, and offer statuses. In addition, your role will involve strategic planning and reporting tasks such as developing strategies to improve placement rates, identifying new markets and industries for consultant placements, reporting team performance metrics to senior management, and analyzing market trends and visa-related changes. Please note that the minimum required experience for this position is 7+ years. Joiners with a notice period of 15 to 25 days will be preferred. The location for this role is Chennai, and it is not a remote position.,
