Bench Sale Recruiter

As a Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 years of experience in the US IT consulting industry, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Proven experience in bench sales for H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens. - Well-versed with US Tax terms such as W2, Corp2Corp & 1099. - Good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment processes. - Capable of identifying new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for staffing solutions. - Self-motivated with strong work ethics, a good team player, and result-driven. - Experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, convincing, and closing skills. - Understanding of various IT technologies. - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor. - Proficient in cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSPs, VMS, etc. firms. - Willingness to work towards direct client acquisitions. - Take ownership of work responsibilities. - Strong experience in Bench Sales, placing W2 Candidates on Corp-to-Corp basis. - Marketing experience with OPT & H1B Candidates. - Knowledge of the complete onboarding process.
