Bench Sale Recruiter

You have an exciting opportunity in Bangalore Hoodi for a Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in the US IT consulting industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Proven experience in bench sales for H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens - Well-versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 - Good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process - Identifying new clients such as tier-1 vendors & direct clients for staffing solutions - Self-motivated, strong work ethics, good team player, and result-driven - Experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, convincing, and closing skills - Understanding of all IT technologies Additionally, some important requirements for this role are: - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor - Proficiency in cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSPs, VMS, etc firms - Willingness to work towards direct client acquisitions - Taking ownership of work responsibilities - Strong experience in Bench Sales and placing W2 Candidates on Corp-to-Corp basis - Marketing experience with OPT & H1B Candidates - Knowledge of the complete onboarding process This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and a performance bonus.
