Job Description

Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT recruiting
Review and understand technical job requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and follow up with candidates.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Maintain close contact with candidates.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Prior Experience in US IT Recruitment
Proficiency in English.
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
