Required Skills :

  • BE, B.Tech, M.
  • Tech, MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science (or related field).
  • 5+ years of QA experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Proficiency in TestNG, Maven, and Git.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Automation Framework Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
  • Enhance and optimize existing automation architecture.

Script Development & Execution

  • Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium + Java.

Test Analysis & Optimization

  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot automation failures.

Code Quality & Collaboration

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best coding practices are followed.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure clarity and quality.

Version Control & Build Management

  • Manage and maintain repositories using Git.

CI/CD & Pipeline Management

  • Configure and maintain automation pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

Test Case & Defect Management

  • Work with Test Case Management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps for creating, organizing, and maintaining test cases.
  • Log, track, and manage defects effectively within the corresponding tools.
