Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Beauty Supervisor or in a similar sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Sales Representatives, and Sales Officers across Madhya Pradesh.
• Develop, plan, and implement effective sales strategies to increase product reach and revenue.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and execution of promotional activities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects through direct and indirect sales efforts.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate performance of the Beauty Advisors using tools such as daily reports and mystery shopper feedback.
• Deliver product and sales training to Beauty Advisors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coordinate scheduling and shop placements in collaboration with Area Sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to market research for competitive analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold ethical sales practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)
• Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance (T.A.) / Daily Allowance (D.A.)
