5+ years in B2B or B2C outbound sales
Proven success beyond just bidding portals (think cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calling, prospecting, etc.)
Ability to understand client pain points and present tailored tech solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience managing a sales funnel and driving it to closure
Exposure to B2C sales strategies is a big plus
2–3 years of experience in outbound sales
Not limited to freelancing or bidding platforms, you're comfortable initiating contact and building rapport with clients
A go-getter attitude and an interest in tech-driven sales
Strong research skills to identify high-value leads and opportunities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
Use tools like LinkedIn, cold emailing, CRM systems, and other creative tactics to build pipelines
Work closely with marketing & delivery teams to tailor offerings to client needs
Contribute to strategy sessions to optimize sales processes and GTM strategies
Build long-term client relationships and ensure post-deal engagement
