BDM (IT)

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote the company's products/services while addressing or predicting clients" objectives. It will be your duty to prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, and maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Additionally, you will be expected to provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. To excel in this role, you should have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant position, along with a solid sales track record. Experience in customer support is a plus, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is required. Market knowledge in IT, proficiency in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport and manage a team are essential. Strong time management and planning skills are also crucial for this position. A B. Tech degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
