Job Title: Business Development Manager – International Location: Mohali Punjab Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3 to 5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Manager – International who specializes in generating quality leads through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn portals . The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong international client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality international leads through cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Research and identify new market opportunities and client needs Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitch emails Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client onboarding Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets Maintain all activities and lead data accurately in the CRM Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in international business development or lead generation Strong expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in using CRM systems and automation tools Strong organizational and negotiation skills Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup Benefits: Remote work flexibility Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with global clients and projects Fast-track career growth in a dynamic environment Supportive and collaborative work culture work from office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
