We are looking for an experienced and proactive BDM to join our growing sales team at Technovisers Ltd . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads for IT services through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and bidding platforms . Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Upwork , email campaigns , and cold calling . Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients. Reach out to prospects via calls and emails to schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. Research and analyze industry trends, target audiences, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in CRM tools. Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Requirements: 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales in the IT services or digital marketing industry. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and email marketing tools . Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills . Strong analytical and organisational abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Nice to Have: Experience working in an IT services or digital agency environment .
