We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join
our Selling Water team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, anddriving growth within the real estate sector. The Business Development Manager willplay a key role in expanding the companys market presence, negotiating contracts, andcontributing to long-term success.Key Responsibilities:• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identifynew opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate sectors.Analyze competitors and market trends to inform business strategies.• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withprospective clients, Selling Water agents, brokers, developers, and otherstakeholders.• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new leads through networking,outreach, and other business development activities.• Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and implement effective salesstrategies to win new business, including preparing proposals, presentations, andnegotiating terms of contracts.• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships withdevelopers, contractors, investors, and other real estate professionals to expandthe company 's reach.• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal,and finance) to ensure smooth project execution, from initial negotiation to finalclosing.• Market Positioning: Help position the company as a leader in the market byrepresenting the business at industry events, networking functions, andconferences.• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations forsenior management to assess business development activities and results.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in theCRM.• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the businessdevelopment budget for marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, andbusiness expansion strategies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within thereal estate industry, with a proven track record of securing new business andachieving sales targets.• Skills:o Strong understanding of the FMCG or Water market and industry trends.o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients andindustry professionals.o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.o Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.o High level of motivation and self-drive, with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
