Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at ##NEXTIN LABS, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the software industry. Your role will involve developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless communication. - Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through online research, networking, and market analysis. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including bidding on platforms and closing deals effectively. - Design and implement email marketing campaigns, telecalling strategies, and other outreach activities to attract new clients. - Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute business development plans aligned with company goals. - Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. - Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications using CRM tools. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive organizational success. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in using bidding platforms and tools for project acquisition. - Expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and telecalling techniques. - Understanding of basic marketing principles and sales strategies. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. Please note that the job types available are Full-Time Internship, Job, and Freelancing. The salary range is between 5,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month with additional performance incentives.,
