Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech staffing sector. 
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and referrals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. 
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions. 
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience

    in Business Development within the

    staffing industry

  • Proven track record of

    lead generation and conversion

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
