We're expanding our global footprint and looking for a passionate and proactive Bidder / BDE to help us identify and win international projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and secure international projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms.
• Draft customized proposals and cover letters for clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Generate leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Attend virtual meetings with global clients and ensure effective communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of bidding portals and proposal writing.
• Ability to handle international clients and understand diverse requirements.
• Sales-driven mindset with negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of web development, mobile apps, and IT services is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales / online bidding / lead generation.
