We're expanding our global footprint and looking for a passionate and proactive Bidder / BDE to help us identify and win international projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Identify, bid, and secure international projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms. Draft customized proposals and cover letters for clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions. Generate leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Attend virtual meetings with global clients and ensure effective communication. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory). Strong knowledge of bidding portals and proposal writing. Ability to handle international clients and understand diverse requirements. Sales-driven mindset with negotiation and closing skills. Basic knowledge of web development, mobile apps, and IT services is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales / online bidding / lead generation.
