Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research and online/offline sources.
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong prospect database.
  • Approach potential customers via calls, emails, or meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions/services.
  • Support senior team members in preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
  • Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
