Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/Software Sales. The position is based in Sakinaka, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing effective strategies to reach out to them. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and identify new business opportunities to stay ahead in the market. Sales and Negotiation: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet sales objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies. Administrative Duties: Manage CRM systems efficiently, update databases regularly, and prepare detailed reports for management review. Key Skills: Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and presentations. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and contract management is crucial for success in this role.
