As a Business Development Manager at Lobotus Technology Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in identifying target markets and prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle, and effectively managing clients through the pipeline to the contract stage. - Utilizing your international/domestic client calling experience to acquire new clients, manage key relationships, and achieve higher business revenue targets. - Planning and analyzing ongoing projects, while identifying opportunities for new services, geographies, channels, and industry verticals to generate additional revenue streams. - Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and timely project delivery with high quality and accuracy. - Handling multiple client assignments with competing deadlines and managing service levels in accordance with SLAs. - Providing end-to-end financial statement analysis to understand the impact on the business and preparing business write-ups for client acquisitions. - Conducting need-based market research studies and quarterly presentations for Top Management, along with submitting reports to the CEO on quarterly ROI. - Leading and training team members to achieve individual and team targets effectively.
