BDE - Inside Sales

Role Overview: You will be a dynamic postgraduate with a passion for sales of software and cutting-edge technology products. Your main responsibility will be to meet business targets through effective marketing and selling skills. This includes identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing existing customer relationships, understanding client requirements, providing suitable solutions, and closing sales. Preference will be given to postgraduate candidates willing to work in direct IT sales and marketing or business development. You should have the ability to uncover key business pains for customers, deliver confident and effective presentations, possess exceptional interpersonal and time management skills, demonstrate good organizational skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in consistently achieving targets will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients in the market and initiate new business opportunities. - Identify potential business opportunities through existing clientele. - Understand customer requirements and align them with our IT products. - Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality standards, building credibility, and gaining market share. - Manage client relationships at various levels and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams when necessary. - Drive sales revenues and achieve sales targets.
