Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales & Marketing department. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets into eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead generation from the various portal. - Pitch IT services to international clients. - Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients-if needed - Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and market trends - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with eCommerce platforms(Magento, Shopify, Shop ware, Prestashop, WooCommerce etc.) is a plus If you are a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development, we encourage you to apply for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company.
