Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive specializing in the FMCG sector. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients. The executive will also focus on analyzing market trends, creating strategies to meet sales targets, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities for company growth
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, working effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the FMCG industry and its market dynamics is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated sales or business development experience, particularly in the FMCG sector
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet sales targets
