Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers in assigned territories for FMCG products. Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and wholesalers. Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer needs. Negotiate and close deals with clients and channel partners. Ensure the availability and visibility of products across retail outlets. Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development . Strong knowledge of FMCG products and distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,058.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
