We are looking for a highly motivated Fresher Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound calling, lead generation, and client coordination. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cold calling and outbound calling to generate leads
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct lead generation through multiple channels
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into opportunities
• Maintain and update lead database regularly
• Assist senior sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Coordinate internally for smooth operations

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply – full training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling outbound calls
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
