BDE (Business Development Executive)

As a Business Development Executive at Topline Business Development Service, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential clients for new business opportunities. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution. - Preparing reports on sales activities and market insights. To excel in this role, you should have: - 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling. - A graduate degree in Business/Management or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments. - Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and excellent relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
