Job Summary

We are hiring Tele callers (Outbound Sales) to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain and promote company products/services.
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle objections and queries confidently.

Requirements

Education: Graduation or Masters.
Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
Target-driven and motivated personality.
