We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–2 years of experience in the Edutech sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student counselling, sales closure, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through calls, social media, and referrals.
Counsel students/parents about courses and training programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
Maintain follow-up with prospective students and close sales.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional activities.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Record and update data in CRM tools.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand student needs and suggest the right courses.
Basic knowledge of Edutech sales cycle (inquiry → demo → follow-up → admission).
Ability to work under targets.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of Edutech sales experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
