Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in sales and technology? Witty Wrap Technologies, a growing tech firm in Kochi, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Qualify: Proactively identify, research, and contact potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach to create long-term business partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Manage follow-ups and address client queries promptly.
  • Field Work: Coordinate and conduct on-site client visits to discuss project requirements and close deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in a sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or MBA in any discipline is welcome.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler or car) for local travel and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a personal laptop.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the local area for client meetings.
