Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored marketing, web development, and related digital solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential niches.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in marketing, IT, or digital services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts in web development and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
