As a Business Development Associate (Counsellor Cum Sales) in Lucknow, your role involves driving revenue growth in the EdTech industry with a specific focus on GRE/GMAT test preparation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base within the Lucknow region. - Identifying potential clients and key decision-makers in the EdTech sector. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities. - Analyzing sales data and metrics to optimize performance. - Staying updated with company products/services and effectively communicating their benefits to prospects. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Associate in the EdTech industry. - Strong understanding of GRE/GMAT examinations and market dynamics. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Additional qualifications in Education or Sales Management are a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. This position is full-time and in-person in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Benefits include paid sick time and a performance bonus.
