As a Business Development Associate (Counsellor Cum Sales) in Lucknow, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in the EdTech industry, with a specific focus on GRE/GMAT test preparation. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, while expanding the customer base in the Lucknow region. - Identifying potential clients and key decision-makers within the EdTech sector. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. - Conducting thorough market research to track trends, competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities. - Analyzing sales data and metrics to enhance overall performance. - Keeping abreast of the company's products/services and effectively conveying their benefits to potential clients. - Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach towards achieving sales objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Associate in the EdTech industry. - Profound knowledge of GRE/GMAT examinations and market dynamics. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
