Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate leads for MEPF design & build projects and AMC services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with builders, architects, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients.
Pitch companys services, prepare proposals, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely contract finalization.
Promote AMC services to existing and new clients for long-term revenue growth.
Collaborate with technical/project teams to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to inform business strategy.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, client interactions, and sales performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in BD/Sales within construction, MEPF, or related services.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of MEPF systems and maintenance services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as a freelancer.
Minimum 2–5 years of sales/business development experience.

Compensation

Flexible model: Commission per project
