Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon/Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct secondary research on companies and industry verticals.
Mentor the business development team and drive business growth.
Generate and maintain a database of companies for market research activities.
Report and coordinate day-to-day activities with junior and senior teams.
Create standard and customized sales materials and sales kits.
Assist the research team in preparing proposals for targeted clients.
Identify suitable networking opportunities and events/exhibitions that attract audience from targeted clients/verticals.
Create and monitor social media campaigns with senior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Possess strong skills in BD, B2C, secondary research, primary research, B2B sales, business development, and market research.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
