We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven expertise in Digital Marketing sales and hands-on experience working on Upwork and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be a sales enthusiast with excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Lead Generation Bidding
    • Generate qualified leads and close deals through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
    • Draft persuasive and customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
    • Manage the complete bidding cycle, including follow-ups and negotiations.
    • Identify potential clients and establish long-term professional relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact during the entire sales cycle.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Track sales performance and adapt approaches to meet evolving market demands.
    • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
    • Analyze client behavior, competition, and market trends to optimize sales outcomes.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2 4 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically in Digital Marketing services.
    • Strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • A persuasive, energetic, and target-driven sales mindset.
